Organic Roasted Dandelion Root Herbal Tea

I think most people prefer natural solutions to problems like high blood pressure, lowering LDL cholesterol, etc. Dr Oz mentioned on one if his shows that instead of taking substances like Valsartan to treat high blood pressure, consider hot dandelion tea.

We found a good deal for it online at Puritan's Pride and noticed that along with moderate exercise, my blood pressure dropped! The dandelion tea lived up to its reputation as a natural diuretic and is certainly less expensive than buying pills with side-effects.

Below is a picture of a hot cup of Dandelion Root tea from Traditional Medicinals which is, of course, naturally caffeine free. The only problem is that you have to wait around 10 minutes to let it steep before you can enjoy a cup of tea that smells a little like coffee.
